NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522011CA006569XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and BARBARA BORNEMANN; WILLIAM A. BORNEMANN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; JOE C. PIERCE ROOFING, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
