YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES IMPROVMENT ASSOCIATION UNIT FIVE, INC, herein in the following described property:
Lot 1, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES UNIT FIVE, as per plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 82, Pages 70 through 73, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 10 Aster Place, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 24, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
