NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-020090 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in Trust for the Benefit of the Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-R1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-R1, Plaintiff and Deborah D. May a/k/a Deborah Fasting and Herbert F. May, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 14, BLOCK 19, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUXE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
