Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 17, 2012 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK 27, LEWIS ISLAND BAHAMA ISLES ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 95 AND 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 28, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
