NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 9, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas, Florida, wherein HIGHEST OCEANS L.L.C. a/k/a THE HIGHEST OCEANS, LLC, SAMI Z. ANANI, CHARLES RUTENBERG REALTY, INC. a/k/a CHARLES RUTTENBERG REALTY, and UNKNOWN TENANTS are Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 11-11693-CI-19, Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit.
Lot “H” and “I”, of CROUSE'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 3, Page 22, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Less the rights of access, egress, ingress, light, air and view taken by the Division of Administration, State of FLorida, Department of Transportation, Northerly of Lots “H” and “I”, Crouse's Subdivision, Plat Book 3, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, along a line Northerly of the North line of said lots; said line running Easterly and Westerly and described as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of Lot 7, H.W. Plunket's Subdivision in Section 19, Township 31, South, Range 17 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 72, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run thence South 0Ëš26'24” West 49.73 feet to begin Limited Access Line, run thence North 50Ëš38'01” East 51.15 feet, thence North 73Ëš49'03” East 24.11 feet; thence North 89Ëš52'19” East 177.26 feet to end said line.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
