F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and VALMY JOSEPH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALMA JOSEPH NKA MARYLUCIE JOSEPH; JANE DOE NKA DARELENE JOSEPH are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 181, OAK VIEW, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 103 THROUGH 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
