NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-002959, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and HERMENEGILDO CANTERO; LORENZO CANTERO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, CIMMARRON ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
