NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2010, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 008976, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC, is Plaintiff and DEBBIE ROBBINS; DAVID ROBBINS, WATERLEFE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 20, WATERLEFE GOLF AND RIVER CLUB, UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 155 THROUGH 161, OF THE PUBLIC REOCRDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
