NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 25, 2012, and entered in 41 2009 CA 010168 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and OSVALDO A. AZAHARES A/K/A OSVALDO AZAHARES; NORA E. AZAHARES; THE HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 11, BLOCK E, HILL PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
