Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2008, and Order on Amended Motion to Contest Foreclosure Sale, dated August 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CC-5365 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES ALLEN SMITH is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 21 day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Amended Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Palmbrooke at River Club North, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 25 through 32, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
