NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 27, 2012 and an Order to cancel and reset foreclosure sale entered on July 12, 2012 in Civil Case No. 41-2009-CA-011514 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MARK MCCARTHY, KIMBERLY MCCARTHY et al, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of September, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 7, HOLMES BEACH, 17th UNIT, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 4, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of Lot 6, a distance of 17 feet; thence Northwesterly along a line parallel to the Southwesterly line of Lot 6, to the waters of the boat channel shown on the plat as contiguous to and Northwesterly of Lot 6; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly edge of said boat channel to the intersection of the waters of the boat channel and Southwesterly line of Lot 6 extended; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of Lot 6, to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
