NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-004416 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT DAVID A/K/A ROBERT C. DAVID; TENANT #1 N/K/A PRESENCE MRCIER N/K/A PRESENCE MERCIER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DAVID MECIER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
