NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-010741 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SARAH LOGAN A/K/A SARAH LYNN LOGAN A/K/A SARAH L. LOGAN; MANATEE COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A MELANIE FRANKLIN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A TAKEISHA FRANKLIN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
