NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, Carl E. Loeffler, Mercedes V. Loeffler and Carl E. Loeffler, As Trustee of the Carl E. Loeffler Revocable Living Trust Dated August 21, 2001 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of September, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, SHARP'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MANATEE, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH ALL LEASES, RENTS, ISSUES AND PROFITS ARISING FROM THE PROPERTY

(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
