NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008043, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDNA M. CORRIVEAU, FABIO L. DIOSES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK D, FLORIDANA MOBILE HOMESITE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1994 KING DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN # N86411A AND N86411B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
