Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-00713-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 3202 in 1835 Napoli Luxury Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3660, Page 2592, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. (“Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
