NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th day of July, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., formerly known as HARRIS N.A., is the Plaintiff and CURTIS L. CATLIN, JANE DOE #2, as the unknown spouse of Curtis L. Catlin, BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., formerly known as Harris N.A., and JOHN DOE #1 and JANE DOE #1, as unknown tenants in possession, are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 12-987-CA, I, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on September 12, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
The North 150 Feet of Tract 59, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 195, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 102, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
