NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel and Reschedule foreclosure Sale Schedule dated August 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0903104CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WMALT 2006-AR, is Plaintiff, and JESSICA PRALLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1, Building 144, Aka 1441, Glades Country Club Apartments No. 7, together with an undivided interest in common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 602 Page 1306-1434, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records Of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
