NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008295, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TMST HOME LOANS, INC is the Plaintiff and POLLY M. ROGERS, BANK OF FLORIDA-SOUTHWEST and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
