NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009419, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-08 is the Plaintiff and JUDITH DEMALEISSYE-MELUN A/K/A JUDITH MALEISSYE-MELUN, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., NAPLES BATH AND TENNIS CLUB UNIT G, INC., WILLIAM P. JONES AND HUDA L. JONES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 515-B NAPLES BATH & TENNIS CLUB, UNIT G, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 893, PAGE 1005, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
