notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order Sale dated August 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-005585, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA1 the Plaintiff, and RAFE M. AHMED, et al., is the Defendant, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
UNIT 831, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTIAN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGES 1481 THROUGH 1630, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE, 242.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 12 day of September, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
