NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003872 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-61, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and STEVEN KRAUSE A/K/A STEPHEN M. KRAUSE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN KRAUSE A/K/A STEPHEN M.
