NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003872 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-61, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and STEVEN KRAUSE A/K/A STEPHEN M. KRAUSE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN KRAUSE A/K/A STEPHEN M. KRAUSE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MARIPOSA AT WHIPPOORWILL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A HENRY ZAFFALON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANNA SZOPPER are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 12 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 12-102 OF MARIPOSA AT WHIPPOORWILL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3919, PAGE 2136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
