NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 16th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-10426 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate for WMALT, Series 2007-OA3, is the Plaintiff and Stuart Wallace, Collier County Clerk of the Court, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, F.A., Pebblebrooke Lakes Master Association, Inc., State of Florida, Tenant #1 n/k/a Nicole Bowman, Tenant #2 n/k/a Billy Bowman, Lori S. Wallace, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 12 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 80, PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES PHASE 3, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
