NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-09606 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Carman Veneziale a/k/a Carman Venesiale a/k/a Carman Louis M. Venesiale a/k/a Louis M. Veneziale, Joan L. Veneziale a/k/a Joan L. Venesiale a/k/a Joan Louise Venezaile a/k/a Louise Joan Veneziale, Bank of America, NA, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 12 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK C, RIDGEVIEW LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
