NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0809501CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association,, is the Plaintiff and Ventura Flores, Tenant #1 n/k/a Anayeli Ortiz, Tenant #2 n/k/a Jesus Rameriz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 12 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
