NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-06460 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.,is the Plaintiff and Helina Mir, Veronica Mir, Thomas Williams are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 12 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 67, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 67, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 4162 31ST AVENUE N.E., NAPLES, FL 34120-4527
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
