Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the First Floor Atrium area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on September 12, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 62, LIBERTY LANDING, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 71, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
