notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 17 day of August 2012 in Case No. 11-CA-3780 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ESB-B/W Holdings, LLC is Plaintiff, and Antonio Aguirre Bueno, Blanca Estella Aguirre, John Doe n/k/a Raphael Montanez and Jane Doe n/k/a Mayra Montanez are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 13 day of September 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, NAPLES MANOR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT thereOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 86 AND 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Property Address: 5348 Floridian Avenue, Naples, Florida 34113-7715.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
