NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1102872CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION., S/B/M WITH CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and BRANT TERZIC, J & L REFRIGERATION AND AC, INC., SPECTRUM CONTRACTING, INC, ST. NICOLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., NANCY W. SANDERS, TRUSTEE A/K/A NANCY W. PETERS FKA NANCY WALKER HERMANN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and LORE TERZIC IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 12 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 502, ST. NICOLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1585, PAGE 122, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
