NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2012 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on September 18, 2012, the following property described below, situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:

DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:

Lots 5 and 6, Block G, Highland Crest Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS right-of-way for Palmer Boulevard, per 1925 Road Bond Issue and LESS right-of-way for Cattlemen Road recorded in OR Book 1794, page 1724, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress from Cattlemen Road to Lot 6, Block G, Highland Crest Subdivision, over and across a portion of Lot 8, Block G, Highland Crest Subdivision, more specifically described as follows: Begin at the Point of intersection of the Northerly line of aforesaid Lot 8 with the Westerly right-of-way line of Cattlemen Road S01°21'10”E, 35.00 feet; thence in said Lot 8, N76°22'12”W, 28.99 feet; thence N 01°21'10”W, 27.63 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot 8; and thence along said line North 88°54'00”E, 28.00 feet to the POB.
