NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009986-NC (C) of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and LOUISE GOBLE and GULF TWIN TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on September 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 108, Gulf Twin Towers, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 762M, Page 959-1006, as amended in Official Records Book 780, Page 21-32, Official Records Book 783, Page 1043, Official Records Book 791, Page 883, Official Records Book 955, Page 1396, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 3, 3A through 3D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
