NOTICE OF SALE
To whom it may concern:
You are hereby notified pursuant to F.S. 713.585 that the following motor vehicle:

will be sold at public sale for cash at 10:00 am o'clock on the 4th day of September, 2012, at NAME: HEFFNER PERFORMANCE, INC.

in order to satisfy liens in the amount of $69,300.00 for repairs and storage.
The proceeds of the sale will be applied first to the payment of the costs of retaking, storing and sale of said motor vehicles and the cost of publication of notice of sale and then to the satisfaction of the balance due under the contract with REMAIR IMPORTS, Prinsess Straat #345, Paramaribo, Surinam.
The owner or any other person claiming an interest or lien in said vehicle has a right to a hearing at any time prior to the scheduled date of the sale by filing a demand for a hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida and mailing copies or said demand for hearing to all other owners and lienors as reflected on this Notice. The owner of this vehicle has the right to recover possession of the vehicle without instituting judicial proceedings by posting a bond in accordance with the provisions of F.S. §559.917.
Any proceeds from the sale of the vehicle remaining after payment of the amounts claimed to be due and owing to the lienor will be deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County for disposition upon Court Order.
