Carlson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on September 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

THENCE EAST 24 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SWIFT ROAD, THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE OF SWIFT ROAD 505 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT, THENCE EAST 90 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING EAST 60 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT, THENCE NORTH 100 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT, THENCE WEST 60 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE, THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
