RUSHING, Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, Block 2508, 50th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 7 and 7A through 7H, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida,
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 24, 2012, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 A.M. or as soon as possible thereafter, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
