NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 005427 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MIKE MCGRIFF A/K/A MICHAEL MCGRIFF; SHIRLEY A. MCGRIFF A/K/A SHIRLEY A. LAWSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
