NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 10, 2012, in Case No. 2011 CA 006040 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Gregory E. Vine, Susan Ann Vine, and Casa Di Amici Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT M-35-A, CASA DI AMICI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 37, PAGE(S) 20, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
