NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated July 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 018091 NC Div. C of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB f/k/a WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN GUARINO, MAURICE GUTTMAN II AND CYNTHIA D. GUTTMAN TRUSTEES, and THE ROYAL ST. ANDREW ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on OCTOBER 15, 2012, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN IT'S DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
