NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of July 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011CA007858NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS C. CAPLE, CENTRAL PARK SECTION II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, KAMILLE CAPLE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of September 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 107, CENTRAL PARK II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2963, PAGES 143 TO 217, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGE 46, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGE 47, CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGE 48 AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 32, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
