NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of August 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005345 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MARVIN KLEINMAN, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, THE VILLAGE AT BEEKMAN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LENORE KLEINMAN A/K/A LENORE R. KLEINMAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of September 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 53, BEEKMAN ESTATES SECTION 1, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2627, PAGES 849 THROUGH 915, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGES 22, 22A, 22B, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
