NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of August 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012428 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and KELLY M. ELDRIDGE A/K/A KELLY M. COLEGROVE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of September 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND HALF OF ADJACENT PRIVATE STREET LYING IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, SUNCREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
