Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in Case No. 2012 CC 002439 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WHITAKER BAYOU ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff and RANDE R. JANZEN and BARBARA P. JANZEN, husband and wife; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor in interest to WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK f/k/a WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are the defendants, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 105, WHITAKER BAYOU, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #1999093182, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGE 34, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. Foreclosure sale to be conducted on the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on September 20, 2012.
