Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 20, 2012, in case number 2011-CA-003396-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein IberiaBank, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and Jane Wise, Teddy J. Hettich, Jr., Ruth B. Lamb, a/k/a R. Lamb, A/K/A P. Lamb Florida Department of Corrections, GTE Federal Credit Union, Anna Garcia, Chase Bank USA, National Association, as successor to First USA Bank, K-Mart Corporation, Bank of America - ATM Debit Card Risk Operations, Citicorp Credit Services, Inc., Citigroup, Inc., Margaret Wallin Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of September, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The Westerly 58.1 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 30, and the Easterly 18.5 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 29, Block A, Bellevue Terrace Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 30, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
