NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of July 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010710 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RODNEY LINDSEY A/K/A RODNEY L. LINDSEY A/K/A RODNEY J. LINDSEY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK FSB, ROBIN M. LINDSEY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of September 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1157, 25TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
