NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 30th day of July 2012 and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 013284 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARIANNE PRESTAGE, LARRY E. PRESTAGE, CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC., and UNKOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of September 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14875, 14876, AND 14877, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 56, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
