NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-013401, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANGELINE SAINT HUDSON A/K/A ANGELINE HUDSON; FOREST LAKES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM SECTION TWO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 204, BUILDING 10, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/80TH SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPERTAINING THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF A CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FOREST LAKES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION TWO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1025, PAGE 1088, ET SEQ., AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 14 AND 14A, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FL.;TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT;
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
