NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 30th day of July 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008626 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and JOHN D. AGLIO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EQUITY FINANCIAL GROUP INC., SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN D. AGLIO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of September 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 215, BUILDING 2, SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2004247151, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 26, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
