NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008CA019855NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARIA J. ALEMAN; JORGE L. ALEMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.; OAK COURT ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, OAK COURT, PHASE 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, ASRECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 39 AND 39A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
