NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000721 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ROBERT F. DIMASI; ANNETTE M. DIMASI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 19th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK “C”, SARASOTA HIGHLANDS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
