Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010 CA 012715 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES W. HOLDERMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, LONG MEADOW, 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 24th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
