NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000262-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association as successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Burton A. Zupa a/k/a Burt A. Zupa a/k/a Burt Zupa, individually and as Trustee under Trust No. 24/34 Dated March 20, 1995 a/k/a Burton A. Zupa Trust Dated March 20, 1995 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on September 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, HIDDEN OAKS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 24, AND 24A THROUGH 24D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
